1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Guests may cancel their booking within 48 hours of reservation for a full refund, as per Portland housing regulations.
Cancellations made after the 48-hour window are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Early Check-Outs & No-Shows

Guests who check out earlier than their scheduled departure date are not eligible for a refund for unused nights.
If a guest fails to check in without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

3. Modifications & Rescheduling

Guests may request date modifications at least 7 days before check-in, subject to availability and potential rate adjustments.

In the case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or government-imposed travel restrictions, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Guests may be required to provide documentation to support their claim.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Transaction fees imposed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Airbnb, credit card providers) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Cleaning Fees: Non-refundable once the stay has commenced.
Pet Fees: Non-refundable.
Security Deposits: Refundable upon check-out, provided no damages or policy violations occur.
